Medication Refill Request
To ensure the safety and continuity of your care, please review the requirements below before submitting your refill request. Only medications previously prescribed by our clinicians are eligible.
1. Patient Record Check
You must have been seen by a London Medical Clinic doctor within the last 6 to 12 months, depending on the medication type.
2. Stability of Condition
Refills are only available for long-term medications where your condition is stable and no dosage changes are required.
3. Health Insurance
You may be required by your Health Insurance company to come visit a Doctor before being prescribed a refill.

Processing Times
Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed by our medical team. We will notify you via email once your medication is ready for collection.
Eligibility
Refills are generally only issued for medications prescribed by our clinic within the last 6 months. A follow-up consultation may be required if you have not been seen recently or if your medical condition requires monitoring.
